NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a technique to address communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. Created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, it aims to connect neurological processes with language and learned behaviors. NLP is used to treat phobias, depression, habit disorders, psychosomatic illnesses, allergies, and learning disorders. Many practitioners who use NLP in their practice have a background in hypnotherapy.
