Nausea-Reducing

It can be taken in many forms, including ginger tea, ginger supplements, or even fresh ginger added to food. • Peppermint – Peppermint has a calming effect on the stomach and may help reduce nausea. It can be consumed as peppermint tea, peppermint oil capsules, or as a fresh herb added to food. • Acupressure – Pressure applied to specific points on the body, such as the wrist, can help alleviate nausea. This is known as acupressure and can be self-administered or done by a trained practitioner. • Vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 has been found to be effective in reducing nausea associated with pregnancy and chemotherapy. It can be taken as a supplement or found in foods such as bananas, chicken, and fish. • Medications – Over-the-counter and prescription medications such as antiemetics, antihistamines, and proton pump inhibitors can also be used to reduce nausea, but should only be taken under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
